Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.

Not actually Pomaderris kumeraho but Pomaderris hamiltonii, but too nice to not submit. Hopefully would be made available as it is both restricted in its range and rather lovely to look at!

On a site near Woodhill at the edge of a raupo wetland with a manuka buffer. If you disagree with the classification let me know as there is some variation of opinion out there on these!
