Kohia, Native Passionfruit (Vine)
Shiny leaved vine of slender habit, climbs by tendrils. Prolific white flowers are followed on the female plant by bright orange, inedible fruit (summer). Vigorous.

Finally some decent size kohia! Nov2013, 4-5 yrs growth, size about 4mm - yet to see
Getting some fantastic clusters of fruit and flowers reminiscent of the pannicles of flowers with the NZ Jasmine.
NZ Kohia makes for a great fence cover, watch out for the wetas though - bit like a magnet for them. Seems to flower on the East side, and stick it's roots down on the west side of the fence (I'm on the west side much to my neighbour Matt's delight!)
