Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.

South Island Koromiko (Shrub)
Strictly a South Island plant, with long pale green leaves and long white flower spikes (spring). Fast growing similar to the North Island's Hebe stricta. .
